Peter Hardy Serves as Panelist on Criminal Tax Workshop at Las Vegas ABA Conference on Dec. 9

On December 9, Principal Peter D. Hardy of the Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense and Tax Controversy groups served as a panelist on the Criminal Tax Workshop at the American Bar Association's (ABA) Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy 2015 in Las Vegas, NV.
The Criminal Tax Workshop is an annual two-hour panel involving private practitioners, federal prosecutors and former IRS agents that teaches strategies and techniques for handling sensitive civil examinations and criminal investigations, and defending a criminal prosecution. The 32nd Annual National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud, or Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy 2015, is the annual gathering of the criminal tax defense bar combined with the Fifth Annual National Institute on Tax Controversy. This program brings together high-level government representatives, judges, corporate counsel, and private practitioners engaged in all aspects of tax controversy, tax litigation, and criminal tax defense.
