Peter Hardy Presents on Forensic Accountants and BSA Exams at the 2015 New England IRS Representation Conference on Nov. 20

Peter D. Hardy, White Collar Principal and Co-Chair of Post & Schell's Tax Controversy Practice Group, presented on two separate panels at the 2015 New England IRS Representation Conference at the Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut on November 20.
- The first panel, "The Accountant’s Role in a Criminal Tax Investigation," Mr. Hardy's panels discussed the use of forensic accountants in sensitive audits and criminal tax investigations.
- The second, "The New IRS 8300 BSA Exam: From Routine Compliance to Criminal Prosecution," examined issues involving Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) examinations by the IRS.
