We keep our summer program small. On purpose. We want to get to know our summer associates. . . and want them to get to know us. If you accept a summer associate position at Post & Schell, we expect to offer you an associate position. Does it work? Ask Dan Altschuler, Chair of our Casualty Department or Don Camhi, Co-Chair of our Professional Liability Group. They were both summer associates. Or ask last year's summer associates, both of whom will be starting in the fall.
Summer Associates will meet our lawyers, experience the sights and sounds of Philadelphia, watch veteran lawyers apply their craft . . . and work. We will assign matters that parallel those given to our first year permanent associates. You will get a chance to work along side Post & Schell lawyers, to be mentored and to get input and feedback on your work product and to see the results of your labor.
