Thomas E. Hughes III is an Associate in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department. As member of the Firm's Construction Defect/Injury Litigation Practice Group, he represents contractors, sub-contractors and property owners in construction accident litigation, as well as complex construction defect litigation. 

Proir to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Hughes was a Clerk with the Honorable Robert J. Mellon of the Bucks County, PA Court of Common Pleas. His experience includes research and preparation for complex trials, drafting opinions for civil appeals, preparing motions in limine, and assisting in hearings, oral arguments and other court proceedings.
