Jon Paul DeMarco
Jon Paul DeMarco is an Associate in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department, defending self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators (TPA) in workers' compensation claims and proceedings in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
Mr. DeMarco has defended and counseled clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers' claims for nearly a decade and has deep experience in the full claim and case lifecycle. He advises clients on both litigation and risk prevention as it relates to workers' compensation claims and helps clients design preventive measures and train personnel on best practices.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. DeMarco was an Associate in the workers' compensation practices of two regional law firms for the past 7 years.
Mr. DeMarco is a graduate of Ursinus College where he received dual degrees in Economics and Communications. Mr. DeMarco spent several years in the corporate world before receiving his J.D. from the Widener University Deleware Law School in 2008. Mr. DeMarco clerked for Chief Judge Chandlee Kuhn of the Delaware Family Court. He also interned in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in the prestigious Summer Law program.
