Drew L. Mallick
Drew L. Mallick is an Associate in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department, focusing his practice on complex litigation and defense of claims involving catastrophic losses. This includes the representation of: commercial transportation companies and their drivers in motor vehicle accident cases; property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect and injury matters brought by injured workers; manufacturers and distributors in complex products liability cases; and the representation of a variety of industries in dram shop and premises liability cases. Additionally, Mr. Mallick litigates issues of contractual indemnity in disputes between general contractors and subcontractors.
Mr. Mallick has been certified by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s (PLCB) Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP), which provides training and certification to servers, sellers, and managers of alcohol licensees across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Staff and employee training and service procedures are frequently a focus of Dram Shop litigation, Mr. Mallick's RAMP certification allows him to provide counsel and defend licensees as to training issues and alcohol service procedures.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Mallick served for over five years with Philadelphia-region civil and commercial litigation firms. His experience includes time as a staff attorney with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia.
