Aaron L. Dunbar
Aaron L. Dunbar is an Associate in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department, defending commercially and self-insured clients in general liability, premises liability, products liability, and liquor/dram shop liability matters. He handles all phases of the litigation process, including pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and defending clients at trials, arbitrations, and/or mediations.
Mr. Dunbar's experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Major Trials Division of the District Attorneys' Office of Philadelphia. During his tenure, he managed a caseload of over 120 complex criminal matters through all phases of prosecution, trying bench and jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining Post & Schell, he served in the Casualty Litigation Practice of a regional defense firm.
He is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law where he was Editor of the NCCU Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
