Post & Schell was one of the first firms to have a full-time Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Our CCO, Andrew W. For example, Post & Schell was among the first law firms to utilize a different starting salary structure for first year associates in different practice areas, resulting in more appropriately priced legal services, maximizing value to our clients, and fairly compensating our attorneys by product and geographic market value. This compensation system was featured in The National Law Journal.
Matters are managed carefully in close consultation with our clients, and we staff cases efficiently. We routinely audit our own files, and tasks are assigned to the appropriate professional based on collaborative discussions with the client. We treat budgets as living documents, not just estimates. We align our file handling plan with the client’s goals and objectives in mind, and matters are viewed as part of a long-term business relationship, not as "single entities."
